Lyon Towne Center and Lyon Crossing

Quality site developments begin with teamwork.  Bring together a vision, designers, developers, an exceptional contractor and it becomes reality.  Every project starts with speculation and enthusiasm and grows with knowledge and skill.  To maintain that enthusiasm each member of the team must be dedicated to fulfilling their commitment and working together.                            Lyon Towne Center

Dan's Excavating, Inc. (DEI), brings to the union nearly thirty years of experience in the underground and excavation field.  We believe each project we build is our most important.  When selected by an owner to construct their project, we try to maximize our scope of work and provide a completed site.  Our skill in total project management allows us to control a site and minimize delays between contractors.

It is our goal to transform the raw property into a completed useable site as quickly as possible.  One recent retail development broke ground in May 2002 and had paving completed before the end of November.

Lyon Towne Center & Crossings in Lyon Township involved the development of over 125 acres of land with a complete sewer and water system.  Our work included balancing 203,000 cubic yards of dirt, installing 8,250 feet of sanitary sewer, 10,800 feet of water-main  and 11,300 feet of storm sewer ranging from 12" to 42".

Completing this work before the end of the year allowed the owner early access to the building sites the following year.  It's effort like this that wins repeat customers and establishes long-term relationships.

DEI continues to be aggressive in the commercial and private market.  We have established ourselves as a leader in the field with single site projects in excess of $10 million.
